Brentwood Kitchen To Open Its Doors ‘After Dark’

It’s no secret I love the Brentwood Kitchen. I’m not even going to back link the other blogs I have written for them, because I share them so often you will no doubt see them.

Nestled inbetween The Vanilla Room (best hair salon in Brentwood) and Amy Childs Salon, The Brentwood kitchen has become an absolute must for anyone popping into Brentwood for shopping or to get their hair or nails done. In fact, making the Brentwood Kitchen INTO an occasion wouldn’t be such a bad idea either, as they now serve Prosecco.

The breakfasts and brunches, and HUGE slabs of cake are absolutely delicious. From the moment you take your first bite of their food, you can tell that a lot of love has gone into hand crafting your meal, rather than mass produced reheated sludge, the chefs at Brentwood Kitchen actually serve real food.

I like to stop in for a Prosecco when I’m in the area mostyle because I enjoy the friendly, chatty staff and decor, so imagine how pleased I was when they tweeted me to say they were opening ‘after dark’.

The concept of doing evening dining sessions is great for a restaurant in such a great location, and it looks like they have been working hard on their menu.

Their website says  “We’re renowned for our day-time eatery, so Brentwood foodies will be excited to hear that from 5th June we’ll be turning the tables and giving an after-dark edge to our famous Wilson’s Corner cafe.

From 6pm-til late each Friday we’ll be serving a delicious evening menu of sharing plates brimming with olives, homemade breads, charcuterie & cheeses, alongside our artisan wines & beers.

In addition, our head chef Alex has been super busy, so we’ll also be introducing our brand new evening a la carte menu – including seasonal homemade dishes such as Chicken Liver Parfait with toasted Brioche & homemade chutney, Baked Cod with Pesto & Vine Tomatoes served with Gruyere topped Dauphinoise Potatoes, Thai Salmon Noodle Salad and Fresh Lemon Posset served with homemade Pistachio Shortbread.

To reserve your table please call 01277 230177.

We’re certain you’re going to love our after dark edge, we aim to be the perfect place for informal, sociable dining and can’t wait to see you soon!”

If you want a testament to how popular this place is, I’ve been trying to get through for 20 minutes to book my table! It will be the next Chiltern Firehouse!
