Give your bridesmaids the dresses ahead of time and task them with finding accessories in a charity shop or on eBay. The more you can delegate the more you will have time to focus on the bigger stuff.

Once you have booked someone or something there is always room to negotiate. See if the flower vendor will give you a cheaper price for some social media posts promoting them. A good review is really valuable to businesses that are offering a product or a service for weddings – so use this to your advantage.
